When you book an appointment via GoSalon, you enter into an agreement directly with the venue. GoSalon facilitates the booking but is not the service provider.
Cancellation policies are set by each venue and shown at the time of booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Payments processed via the Service are handled by certified payment partners. GoSalon does not store full card details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, infringe on others rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
The Service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, GoSalon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
